The area of relationships and love is situated in the north east area of the room, and according to Mike Savitsky, can be improved by using pink or red in it as well as by placing twin elements, ideally representing fire, such as candles or elements painted in orange.

According to Mike Savitsky, the area of creativity and children which is situated in the east side of the room can be improved by adding as much color and light as possible. The area of helpful people and travel, located in the south east area of the room, can be balanced by using color gray and elements made of or representing metal or water. The bagua area of career and life path situated in the south, and as Mike Savitsky would recommend, should be balanced by adding an aquarium, a recipient with water, or anything that represents that element.

The bagua area of skills and knowledge, as Mike Savitsky explains, is situated in the south west area of the room, and should be balanced through the use of objects that represent the element earth and plants. The area of family, situated in the west side of the room, can be harmonized with water and wood or objects that represent the elements of water and wood. The bagua area of prosperity is located in the north west area of the room, and according to Mike Savitsky, should be improved by placing a recipient with coins and using the color purple.
